Ryan Sproule is a Research Engineer at Blockchain Capital. He joined the firm in October of 2021. Ryan leads Blockchain Capital’s engineering team, does technical due diligence, and supports portfolio companies’ engineering teams.

Before joining Blockchain Capital, Ryan worked as a Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services in Seattle, WA. While working at AWS, Ryan was developing blockchain applications and MEV trading strategies as a hobby.

Ryan earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. In his spare time, he enjoys experimenting with open source software and playing basketball.
